Terms and Conditions
For .uk and .co.uk Domain Registration.
When you register a .uk domain through Domain Finder, you are agreeing with the official registrar, Nominet, and we act as your representative in all dealings with Nominet. The registration is made in your name, not ours.
You can review the full set of terms and conditions governing this contract at nominet.uk/go/terms.
Registering a domain name gives you the right to use the domain for a specific period of time. However, please note that this does not make you the permanent owner of the domain. If your registration is not renewed at the end of the term, the domain will become available again for others to register.
Before submitting a request for your domain registration, please ensure that you have carefully read the Nominet terms, especially the sections relating to how your personal data is processed.
The fee for registering or renewing a .uk domain name for one year is £5. Domain Find does not charge any fees if you decide to transfer your domain away from our services.
If you have not chosen automatic renewal, we will send an email reminder 30 days prior to your domain's expiry date. If we do not receive a response, we will attempt to contact you by phone 10 days before expiry (if a phone number is available). Should we be unable to reach you, we will send another email reminder and make two further contact attempts before the renewal deadline. If you have selected auto-renewal, the renewal cost will simply appear on your next invoice.
Nominet provides a complaints process for anyone wishing to raise concerns about how Domain Finder manages their domain registration or if they believe we have breached the registrar agreement.
If you are involved in a dispute regarding a .uk domain name, it will be handled under Nominet's Dispute Resolution Service Policy and Procedure.
